The USA Softball All-Stars Program provides an opportunity for select players from our Spring Recreation season to represent our league in competitive tournament play during the summer.

All-Star teams are made up of players who have demonstrated strong softball skills, teamwork, dedication, and sportsmanship throughout the season. These teams compete against other USA Softball leagues in district and championship tournaments.

Being selected to an All-Star team is considered an honor and allows players to experience a higher level of competition while representing our league and community.

Program Goals

The All-Stars program focuses on both player development and competitive play. The program helps athletes:

  • Develop advanced softball skills
  • Experience tournament-level competition
  • Build teamwork and leadership
  • Represent our league with pride and sportsmanship

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the All-Stars program, players must:

  • Be registered and participate in the current Spring Recreation Season
  • Play in at least 75% of their team’s regular season games
  • Follow all USA Softball eligibility guidelines
  • Remain in good standing with the league

Additional league requirements may apply.

Team Selection

All-Star teams are typically selected near the end of the Spring season.

Selection may include:

  • Player evaluations or tryouts
  • Input and voting from division managers and coaches
  • Review of player performance, effort, and sportsmanship throughout the season

Final roster selections are made based on league and USA Softball guidelines.

Season Timeline

The All-Star season begins shortly after the Spring recreation season ends.

Player & Family Commitment

Participation in the All-Stars program requires a higher level of commitment than the regular season.

Players are expected to:

  • Show strong sportsmanship and teamwork
  • Represent the league in a positive manner

Families should expect multiple weekly practices and full-day tournament weekends.

Age Divisions

All-Star teams may be formed in the following USA Softball age divisions depending on league participation:

  • 6U
  • 8U
  • 10U
  • 12U
  • 14U
  • 16U

Players selected for All-Stars represent the best of our recreational program. We are proud of the athletes who earn the opportunity to wear our league’s colors and compete at the All-Star level.
